Digital Products (eBooks and Online Courses) 

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks and online courses are final. Once you have gained access to the digital content (e.g., downloaded an ebook or logged into an online course), we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed, and the product is sent. However, if you experience any technical issues or believe there has been an error in your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@brilliantauthenticity.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Exceptions

In rare cases, if the product is defective or you encounter significant issues accessing the content, we will work with you to provide a solution, which may include:

·      Correcting the issue so that you can access the content

·      Offering store credit or a replacement product if necessary
